• These rates are for moving and/or packing, if you need another service please let us know.

• The "total" rates shown are the total for the 2 hour minimum.

• Once the 2 hour minimum is reached, we charge by the half hour. 

• If you need more than 4 movers we can provide any number of movers needed, just give us a call!

• "The clock" starts at the scheduled start time of the move, and stops when you tell us we are finished.

• We accept cash, and credit card. Due to past clients taking advantage of us, we do not take checks at this time.

• Heavy Assembly/Disassembly is not included in these rates. Excessive assembly and disassembly are available at an additional cost.

What We Bring

Depending on what other moves we have going on that day our movers can bring basic tools, a hand truck, dollies, appliance straps, furniture gliders etc. It depends on which move takes priority for these things, as in which move has the need for them more. We suggest that the client has the tools handy that were used when building the furniture originally.

At Connecticut Moving Labor we will reimburse our customers up to .50/lb for dropped or damaged items that are damaged beyond repair regardless of intrinsic value of said piece.  This applies to items that are dropped or damaged while being moved. Items made of particle board will not be replaced or reimbursed in anyway, under any circumstances. We do not reimburse for items that are damaged during transit as we are not driving the vehicle. The client is solely responsible for the truck and we highly advise you to get truck insurance when renting the vehicle.
